Mediation / Counselling:
The mediation is a very useful method for conflict management, when the arguing parties (either individuals, or companies, legal entities, etc.) have recourse to a third, natural party's help so that they can find a solution which is mutually acceptable by the disputers. Due to the mediation, the protracted negotiations can be avoided in the majority of the disputes and the written agreement, made with the help of the mediation, finally concludes the lawsuit within some days.
Signing the compromise offer recommended by the mediator is not compulsory for the parties, but the agreement mutually accepted and signed by the parties obliges them to keep it. The parties mutually request the mediator whose person has to be accepted in advance by all the disputants. The mediator leads the dispute and prepares the compromise offer for the parties. The mediator treats the parties equally, and he is an independent prepared legal expert.

Our philosophy:
The person, the expertise, and the experience of the counsellor and that of the mediator is of decesive importance for the consultants and/or the disputers in presenting and explaning the possibilities for the solution. Our philosophy, opposite to the practice became usual in Hungary today, is that the job of the advisor and/or mediator is to find and explain that biggest scope for action, in which the conception of the concerned parties can be found and accepted. To find such an advice, contractual background, agreement, in which the parties can work with the highest satisfaction and security and can realize their expectations, and conclude and agreement.
